Willy , I hope it stays cool , another thing I am planning that might help is to go 7/8s on the volume , it was aways set at 100% , turn it up and throw the knob away ---- LOL

Hm 7/8 test run ?? Good idea!! Then next time throw knob away lol!! AND An idea that bypassed all us... Was a amp temperature gauge .... It would be a nice looking add on for the enclosure ..... Kind of like those fender mount digital temp gauges i added...man they work great! You could probably even get an old school mechanical analogue gauge ..... ??
