front wheel hub for 09 yfz450r with 4/144 both pattern

I'm buying a set of Hiper carbon fiber beadlocks with the 4/144 front and 4/110 bolt pattern. I haven't bought the Raptor yet but I am seriously considering it. The Raptor has 4/156 and 4/115 bolt patterns. Would Honda hubs work on the Raptor? I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the rear hubs will swap out but what's the chances of the front hubs sliding on? Hopefully someone has tried this and can give me a concrete answer. Or a link to a front hub bolt pattern adapter if they even make them. Thanks!

The Hyper bead locks I had on the rear of my 660 raptor would also fit on a honda but I'm not sure about the fronts.The rears had 8 lug holes and 4 were for yamaha and 4 were for honda.

Ya these are only the Honda/Suzuki pattern. Anyone else have any input on this? Just curious really.
