Let all of the air out of the tire,find where the bead isn't fully seated,or against the wheels lip,get any dirt,rocks,grass,trees,bushes,etc. out from between the tire bead,and the rim lip,and then spray a 50/50 dishwashing soap/water mix in there,push the tire away from the rim lip with your hand if needed to get it in there..Reinflate the tire up to whatever the highest bead seating pressure printed on the tires sidewall says(wrapping a tie down strap around the tire usually helps if it is difficult to seat a bead)...
