Sounds like your carb is still dirty. Make sure that slow jet isn't clogged and clean out the passage way that the slow jet screws into. I don't remember if that model has an adjustable float or not, but I doubt it. If it's adjustable, it will have a brass tang where the float needle attaches to it and you have to bend the tang to adjust it. If the float doesn't have a brass tang, there's no adjustment. Could also be a bad float.
Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!
You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
