07 Trx 450er Blowing battery fuse?
Hey, I have a 07 450er and it keeps popping the 20 amp fuse on the battery..thought it was a bad starter switch replaced it and still doing it to me...what i have noticed is that it seems to blow it either going into gear or going back to neutral..Any suggestions to where i should focus on?
Thanks!

First check you wireing and make sure none of the wire is exposed. I had a similar issue and I had a wire that was worn through. Also check your grounds and put delectric grease on all your connections and plugs.

May be a short in the neutral light circuit, if it blows going in and out of neutral.

You said you already checked the start button on the bars? I had the exact same issue on my 07 TRX450ER and it was the spring in my start button collapsed.

It might not blow the fuse with the light out, but I don't think it will start and run unless the neutral light circuit is intact. I would check the neutral light socket that the bulb goes in, also. I could be wrong about that, though.
