Will a 70cc not start if its exhaust pipe is broke off right where it connects to the head...so basically will it run without a pipe on it? OR will it NOT run if it has a loose cam chain? (chain or tensioner is bad) . Thanks

OOOOO 1 more Q: Grrr well I found this piece on the floor couldnt figure out were it went ..WELL I found a motor diagram and turns out its a cap/valve stem seal its number 7 in this pic.... will this cause it to not run? probaly huh? so tear down the head again....sigh!
