off brand HONDA clone HELP!

I gotta set the timing on an off-brand quad with the Honda clone motor...Its a smaller motor like a 150cc....I was wondering if I would do it like a 300ex as in remove rocker cover set timing marks below, then put chain back on timing gear with the two lines on timing gear matching head-line. ONLY thing is this motor might not have a gear up top? IDK ! does anyone know how set timing on the off-brand Honda clone motors??? Thanks!

Yeah, it should be about the same setup.

Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!

You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

yep, successful! theres a large round cap on shifter side of motor on head. You remove that by removing a bolt oppisite side of head on brake side. This reveals the timing gear, then remove timing caps set your time and done was ALOT easier then I thought!
