I agree. Since we already know that it will run, it's something in the starting system. Looks like Pain's got you covered.

Direct 12v to the starter to test it would be the best thing but you may also want to check the starter button, the springs inside of them tend to collapse over time and repeated use, that too may be the Issue.

GOT IT GOING! The starter needed cleaned out. One of the main o-rings went out, had rust all over the inside. I appreciate all the advice guys. Thank you VERY much.
