how to take the baffle out of four wheeler

Whatever the thing is you can take out in your muffler??

I know it makes it louder...

Are there any other things it does?

Would it cause any problems (i.e would i need to rejet or would it mess up my pistons?)

Well if you get caught in a National Forrest or a State run riding area you could get fined and told to load up and leave till you get a forrestry approved spark arrestor put back on, If you are not racing leave it in loud pipes get areas closed down.

Yeah, I agree with 69, the Forestry Service wouldn't like that at all, there's too many fires already, besides being louder. I don't think it helps them all that much performance wise, anyway.

Yep its one sure fire way of getting kicked out of the places you ride. And it makes such a minimal difference theres just no point. If anything buy and aftermarket slip on. That will give you some sound and power( sadly you will need to rejet tho)
