98 300 head for a 86 250x
Hears the deal I got a 86 250x and I need a head for it can anyone tell me what years will work ect I have the chance to get one off a 98 300 will it work

Welcome to the forums. the 250X and 300EX are the same engines. With the exception of the stroke and electric start.

Yeah, I don't think they made the 250X until 1987.
Is it a Fourtrax 250 or a Fourtrax 250X? Both are Fourtrax. TRX is stands for Fourtrax.

My bad it is a 87 and a Sport I haven't touched it in a year (had a baby boy and been busy) the 300 is a ex my parts are own the way so I hope it fits if not I have a head for sale
