91 TRX300 - Wiring Problems

Bought a 91 yesterday for a $200 as the owner gave up trying to fix a wiring problem. It's in v.g. condition so I couldn't pass up the deal.

There's no power to the ignition switch and the p.o. removed the switch thinking it was the problem.

Now its my problem to fix it. At the rear are 2 starter relays, one isn't wired up to anything. The diagram I have doesn't show 2 relays?

Welcome to the forums..............If that's charger cables hooked to the battery you may want to remove the battery to give some room to work. There should only be one relay, check other wiring and fuses.

There's no excuses for riding a HONDA,only REASONS!

Pulled the battery and the second relay sitting on top isn't even hooked up. I suspect he was going to replace the starter relay. I'll check the manual on how to test them.
