You should re-jet your atv anytime you do a modification that assists your quads "breathing", the more air you let her breath the more fuel you'll need to feed her. Has your Rincon been popping or back firing at all? Also another thing you can do is check the spark plug. I'll post that link below.

Dynojet makes a kit for your quad and says that is good for stock and lightly moded atvs. The link is below (you'll have to scroll down to find your model but it is there. Also check Rockymountain atv/mc, they offer the same dynojet kit for abut $10 cheeper.
Dynojet Jet Kits - Offering Motorcycle Jet Kits & ATV Jet Kits

Also some links that helped me when I was learning to jet...

Good luck, keep asking questions if you need help!

Ok, unfortunately my speciality is 400ex's, hopefully one of our super moderator will be along to help you out with the specific jet for your quad. Once again good luck and welcome to the forums!

Unless you can find someone with a 650 Rincon that has the same mods as you do, I doubt if anyone will know what jet size you need. It's a trial and error process. That's where a kit comes in handy, you can keep trying different sizes until you get it right.

I looked on the Big Gun website and they recommend a #160 main jet for their exhaust, so that might be a good starting point. Stock main jet for the 650 Rincon is #152.

you can call dyno jet and ask them what jets come with the stage 1 kit. once you find that out you can just go buy them for a couple bucks rather then payin $50

I have an 04 Rincon, K&N filter and an HMF penland pro series slip on and I run a 170. The thing that you have to watch for is Dyno-jet numbers their jets differently. On the other hand if you but the kit not only do you get the jets but you also get a shorter spring and an adjustable needle. You might be able to purchase these seperately. I have also heard of folks just clipping their stock springs. I run the dyno-jet spring and needle and run kehin jets. You will also probably need to bump up to a 52 slow jet. Stock is 50.
