Custom homebuilt bumper/ Front bumper Mod

Since the front bumper is narrow, i cut it off and am welding a longer upper tube to protect the fender...

rears, made weldiments and welded a tube that ill use to bolt on a mud flap,

all is still under construction.

also built this trailer, i know were not supose to use these atvs on pavement, but i will be using mine to pull stranded karts off the race track. the tracks are huge, (for cars) laguna seca, etc.

ill keep posting pics whenever i get stuff done.
will be powder coating the bumpers so it looks factory.

finished the front bumper/ rear.
i welded threaded inserts on the inside -side of the rear bumper so i can install a mud flap/ extended fender if i wanted...

powder coating place charged a little too much, $100 for front and rears, i supose they had to sandblast the old powdercoat first.

If u look closely.. i covered the left side warning label with this alum sheet L bent on the bottom , used the same holes as the rivets, took the rivets out. using a stretchable cord, Now it holds a drink. Then on the handlebar, u can see, another alum holder for my cellphone, all where powder coated.
