1986 honda trx350 gap in swing arm?

I've replace the swing arm bearings in the 86 honda trx350 but there's a gap on the right side I've here some way it comes factory like this but I'm not sure I could have the right pivot bolt tightened too much seperating the frame if someone could clear this up for me that'd be great!!!

as long as the left side is fairly straight with the drive shaft ?..your ok..the gap won't hurt a thing. the '86's swing arm bearings are set in the swing arm loose anyway..what i mean is..the bearing and dust seal are out from the frame anyway from the factory.
