torq specs on a 86 honda 350 fourtrax

we're rebuilding a 86 honda 350 fourtrax and need to know how much to torq to put on the engine?

hey, if you are talking about the cylinder head cover, its 6-9 ft lbs I am looking at the Honda service manual right now and they do not call it the valve cover just so that we are clear. Hope this helps!

I have a service manual for that machine, let me know what you need and I'll try to look it up.

I also have some spare parts I don't need any more, and heck, I'll even sell you this manual if you want it. I'm selling the bike so I don't need the spare parts and manual. Hell, just buy the whole package, bike and all

I have seen some torque specs be listed in Newton Meters and not foor pounds some people may over look that and make a mistake

Yup...Iv seen ppl mistake ft. lbs. for in. lbs and vice versa ....not a good thing when you are building engines.
