Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!
You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, yet I recently bought the exact same atv and I am looking for a repair manual also. Mine needs a bit of work and it is always nice to have some type of manual to follow.

1987 Honda TRX350D FourTrax Foreman 4x4
Custom add-ons include:
Rubber semi mud flaps to cover up the cracked fenders.
Homemade foot peg extensions.
Strategically placed dents in the cargo rack tubing.
Some strange looking epoxy that the previous owner used to fix the hole in the seat.
Spare key.
Just because I give you advice doesn't mean I know more than you,
It just means I've done more stupid stuff than you.

Thanks Helmut. Downloading it now. I am sure I will be posting more with needed advice/guidance, yet the manual should help with most of what I need to do. It is greatly appreciated.
