I would get a set of used yfz450 front calipers. They bolt right on.

The 450er brakes cost a lot to upgrade. I put of yfz450 front brakes and the bolt on with no modification. All you need is the calipers and pads.

Welcome to da forums...Just rebuild the calipers you have for under 40 bux total..Compressed air forced into the brake line hole with a block ,or rag between the piston, and caliper, clean piston with very fine emery cloth, and wd40,clean inside of caliper, replace seal, and o rings, and voila, paint em to have 2 like new calipers that will last you as long as buying new ones, and save you enough moolah to almost pay for the extended axle,or wheel spacers,or axle extension hubs....

well the part of the calipers that r locked up is not the plunger part it the slider on the mounting bracket that makes the indacator move i can get the new pads in fine but the bracket wont move to alow for the rotor to squeez between them.... and the allen wrench is so siezed up i broke two wrenches on them i c clamped them bent c clamp and i put channle locks on them an let them soak in wd 40 over night didnt budge !!! so time for new ones an they run from 60 to 100 a pair i figured the 450er parts were a deal !

Try some PB blaster overnight as wd40 nowhere near as good at soaking into, and lubricating...
