2005 Honda Rancher 4x4 400 whats a good deal?

I am looking to purchase a 2005 Honda Rancher TRX 400 Automatic 4x4 with 233 miles on it, it is suppose to be in excellent condition, is $2500 a good deal?

price is kinda high if you ask me ?..auto's are not worth a dime in my book...they are great when they run ..but when the tranny goes ?..all you have is a paper weight !..lol.

I just bought 2006 Rancher 400 and a trailer for $2000. I guess it's all in what someone wants for it.

If it's a good trailer, they can run around $500 so you got the 400 for about $1500, a year newer than the other one and the trailer is the bonus

Maintained properly,an automatic is fine in my book.

actually up in ct on cl 05 ranchers go from anywhere from 1500 to 4000 so seems good to me

Every area is different. If it seems like a good deal for your area and you are happy with the price that do it!

your right..as long as you take care of them i guess ?..butttt..wait until it craps out on ya ?..then you will be wishing you had a manual tranny !..lol.
