Powder coat is the most durable by far. As for the look it's all in the prep. work. You can get a really durable finish with an epoxy but it will have to be clear coated to keep the epoxy from chaulking. I personaly would use the epoxy and clear because of the savings. but a few years with epoxy and several years with powder coat could mean alot if you keep the quad a long time.

Powder coat can also be silkscreened over. But use 2 to 3 coats of powder clear over the image......just figured you could be real creative!

Hay Red when i do mine again it will be PC mine still lookes good but have some paint chipping off from rocks and dirt hitting it do the Powder coat it will last a lot longer!

That would be good therapy after surgery, putting it back together, anyway.
