Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!

You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

you have to take assembly apart including rope and rewind pulley clockwise. you will notice tension after 1st turn. turn 4 to 5 times and hold with a c clamp and slide rope back in and tie knot. then put handle on and tie. remove c clamp and gently with tension let the rope go back in. its not too bad to fix.
