Oil: After filter change 3.1 US Quarts. Recommended Honda GN4 or HP4 4-stroke engine oil. Make SURE you use this oil or an equivalent motorcycle oil. Viscosity 10w-40 or 5w-30. I live in Florida so I go with the 10w-40.

Oil Filter: HIFLO oil filter 14-0111 or something equivalent

Spark Plug: NGK 1FR5L11

I would check on ebay as you can purchase a "Tune Up" kit that consists of everything along with a new air filter. Just type in "Rincon Tune Up" and you can check it out.

Also, I would highly recommend that you either purchase, beg, borrow, but don't steal a repair manual for your machine. It will guide you through any projects you may need to tackle with pictures and descriptions. Someone on here might have one for your particular year, if you're nice enough they might just email it to you. But they can be bought on ebay as well for relatively cheap. Type in "Rincon Service Manual".

Cheers..

2006-2011 Rincon 680 Service Manual

Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!

You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
