pick of the liter thing maybe LOL
years back my dewalts lasted yrs and yrs, newer stuff I have had hasn't

both drills I had brushes went and one I barely used, and they wouldn't replace or do anything for me on that, a like brand new tool and useless?
like all things, when you have a few bad one's it leaves a bad taste in your mouth
but if all you get are good one's you like more than the guy with the bad one's

I just don't get why they make 4-5 almost exact like tools of different quality at the same price?
some go to THIS brand store and some this name store, and all different items, yet same price, yet some work better and some don't

don't see how thats good for there reputation or name?
just make quality and leave the JUNK line to a different name?
