Much like you Moose I keep it an outside activity. I smoke about a half pack aday unless Miller is involved it goes to a pack or 2. I am cutting back but I just need to get my mind set as you have. Its coming! I feel like its a waste and know it is. When the the weather gets better and I am more active doing other things I will probly attempt and hopefully be sucessful. Anyways
Good for you !!!! I am Happy to hear the GREAT news!!

A pack a day habit costs $1800 a year.
I think everyone should put that money towards booze and hookers, and live longer to enjoy both of those things instead of smoking it.
BTW guys. Ebay has gum and stuff for sale. Just be sure to look at the expiration date before you buy it.

^^^AGREE^^^^
Moose I will check out the gum. The first time I quit with no help from gum patches or meds. I just did not want to do it any more. But I will check the gum out. I love gum and regular mint gum helps when I am in the car so maybe that will help after I get out of the car. Thanks for the suggestion.
Pain the only problem I have is booze make me want ciggs and after I am done with the hookers I will also want a cigg! LOL!!

That little guy you love to go riding with is more than enough reason to get rid of them.

Way to go Moose.
l quit about 3 1/2 years ago. It took the right incentive to get me to quit. I had a heart attack and that did it. Now to just loose the extra weight I have put on over the winter. I still maintain a very healthy appetite. Guess I should do more push-a-ways. Good luck and we are here to provide support for you.

Ah never touched one. That mess stinks too. My grandma smoked on and off since she was like 16 and shes now 65 or something. She quit a few years ago again. She's never had a problem.
