OK here's the deal a handfull of us are on here and have registered so that we can possibly help others that need it. We need more class participation. eg.more people registering. IT'S FREEall it takes 5 minutes then you can enjoy the full benefits of this site. I work 10 to 12 hours a day but I manage to check out the site in the morning, lunch and before I turn in. IF you need information thats fine if it helped fix your ride great!! Glad we could help you out, at least take the time and register to let the one who helped fix you up know that you are thankful for the information they posted. people come from all over this country looking for answers, this is a fantastic and very knowlegable site and we are nothing more than average guys and gals with the same quads and the same issues with them. If you have a question ask it. If you can help someone else out do it, but you have to register.I think alot of the regulars on here would agree that we would like to see more of the traffic in here interact with the forum rather than just windowshop. I belong to another forum for my car and it is spot on loaded everyday with all the oinformation you could possibly want for a J Body car. I would like to just log on here and see more of us online than just myself, Tom, Tim,Jbacon,Sabre and anyone else I may have left out. I guess I'm through rambling. Question or comment s?

Pro Armor new Honda 450 Revolution Nerf Bars |
|
Jan 11, 2010 - 7:37 PM - by dascrow

Never before has a nerf bar been able to accomplish so much. Pro Armor’s All New Revolution™ nerf bars are by far the best ever designed and developed. The Revolution™ allows you to run metal heel plates or heel guard nets. By simply and quickly removing the 8 bolts you can swap out the heel plates and run nets like the Pro Armor sponsored GWC Yamaha and Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki race teams. This all new system allows you to set-up your nerf bars for the style and type of riding you choose on any given weekend.
Want to personalize your quad and stand out from the rest? Then run brushed aluminum plates with black nerf bars or any combination you want. These nerf bars are tested by our top racers. They feature an aggressive foot peg with 4 rows of super gnarly teeth that is wider, stronger and more aggressive than your stock pegs. The foot pegs are replaceable and also offer more bite and traction with a kick-up at the end. These high quality nerf bars come powder coated black or brushed aluminum. Regardless of your skill level or choice of riding you can’t go wrong with the Revolution™ nerf bars!
You can purchase a set from your local dealer, by contacting Pro Armor direct at 888.312.7667 or go to ATV Accessories - Quad Accessories - ATV Parts and more from Pro... [Read More]

AMA Racing 2010 Pro/Am Schedule Showcases Future Pros Vying For Points, Purse Money |
|
Dec 26, 2009 - 12:11 PM - by dascrow

PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- Many amateur motocross racers dream of racing in the Lucas Oil AMA Motocross Championship. One way to make that dream a reality is to hone your skills at AMA Racing Pro/Am events. It's at these venues where up-and-coming racers earn the points, purse money and contingency support to help them climb the competitive ladder.
"Our 2010 AMA Racing Pro/Am schedule features quality race tracks and events that are promoted by some of this country's top organizers," said AMA Director of Racing Joe Bromley. "With around 40 races on the calendar and at least $150,000 in guaranteed purse available to the fastest amateur American motocross racers on the planet, we're confident this schedule provides the challenges to prepare these young racers for the next level."
Bromley added that one factor in developing the current schedule was the increased minimum age requirements for a pro license.
"In 2010, the minimum age to acquire a professional license rises to 17, and in 2011, that will increase to 18," Bromley said. "What that also means is that many of today's top amateurs will spend more time in the Pro/Am ranks. That reality pushed us to create a schedule that best suits the up-and-coming A-class rider looking to build skill and confidence to race with the professional racers at the national level."
